Ionad Gaeilge, cultúrtha agus pobail i gcroílár chathair na Gaillimhe. Áras na nGael is a cultural centre for Irish language groups and events.
As well as being a hub for teams such as Gaeil na Gaillimhe and Raidió na dTreabh, they provide Irish language, sean-nós dance and traditional music classes for all ages.
Events range from Club na nÓg, for children being raised through Irish, to Is Leor Beirt and Oíche na bhFoghlaimeoirí, providing learning opportunities for all ages.
Club Árus na nGael also host a series of cultural events each week – An Seisiún Mall for traditional music learners on Monday, Club Amhránaíochta na Gaillimhe (Sean-nós singing club) each Tuesday, Learners’ Night Wednesdays and a traditional music session each Saturday night. All events are open to the public.
