Hooked is a family run business, a fusion of restaurant, café and chipper.

Run by father and daughter, Ali and Nuisin Jalilvand, this neighbourhood restaurant gives a sense of togetherness whether you are dining alone or in a group. The cool, casual urban vibe is fitting with Galway’s Westend food scene. There is no limit to the range of fish that can be seen on their menu because they source everything from their own factory – Ali’s Fish Market, which is right next door to their seafood restaurant.

Hooked serves everything from traditional fish and chips with tartare sauce, to seafood tagliatelle and pan-fried dishes. It is a blend of cuisine using the best quality of fish. Their food philosophy is “hook it and cook it”. Hooked on Henry Street netted national acclaim from Georgina Campbell by winning Irish Seafood Restaurant of the year 2018 at the Ireland Guide Awards Trust them when they tell you “One Taste and you’re Hooked!”
