Founded by Galway natives Michelle and Fintan Hyland, Gourmet Tart Company started as a market stall and has now grown to 6 bakery and pastry shops around Galway City.
The Westend branch at Raven’s terrace, just across the bridge from the Spanish arch (where the Claddagh and Westend merge).
