Sheena has a background in Culinary Arts (BTS en Arts Culinaires de la Table) and chose a career in food, which has shaped her journey. After moving back to Ireland, Sheena worked with various restaurant start-ups before transitioning into the world of chocolate. Eventually, she settled in Galway, where she recognized the opportunity to collaborate with local producers and business owners to create food tours.
