Today marks a really special moment for Galway’s Westend and for all of us who care deeply about place, craft and the importance of our shared third spaces.
The restoration of The Small Crane, An Luamhan Beag, is now complete, with the placeholders firmly and proudly in place. Seeing them installed is a powerful reminder that details matter, and that when we invest in heritage properly, it shows.
Thank you to Martin Crosbie and Paul Murphy, who crafted and installed the placeholders with such care and skill.
